  Scope of works :  design, supply, installation supervision,

A 5,000 m²  greenhouse project, designed for the production of vegetable seedlings and trail facilities, the project includes the following :

    

      -   5,000 m²  glasshouse,  column height 4 m.

     -   two compartments (production area and trail area)

     -   roof ventilation with insect netting

     -   pad & fan cooling with cooling corridor

     -   hot air heating system

     -   high pressure misting system

     -   horizontal screen system

     -   rolling bench system with ebb/flood irrigation system

     -   drip irrigation system in the trail area

     -   irrigation pump unit with fertilizer dosing

     -   recycling facilitiy for irrigation water

     -   climatized germination room

     -   climatized grafting room

     -   processing area with pad & fan cooling

     -   Hoogendoorn ECONOMIC computer system for total control

          of climate and irrigation processes.

    

 

 

Current project in progress :     DUBAI MUNICIPALITY, WARSAN NURSERY

 

  Scope of works :  design, supply and commissioning of the irrigation systems,

                                 electrical control panels, misting system, lighting systems

                                 and climate/irrigation computer control system.

 

 A 11,232 m²  greenhouse project, designed for the production of bedding plants ,

                         the project includes the following :

    

      -   11,232 m²  glasshouse,  column height 4.5 m.  

      -   8 compartments (production area and processing area)

     -   mechanical cooling with water chillers (AC)

     -   pad & fan cooling with cooling corridor

     -   outside screen system

     -   high pressure misting system

     -   horizontal screen system

     -   internal transport system (rolling containers) with ebb/flood

         irrigation system

     -   drip irrigation system in one compartment

     -   irrigation booms in one compartment

     -   irrigation pump unit with fertilizer dosing

     -   recycling facilitiy for irrigation water

     -   photo periodic lighting system in one compartment

     -   artificial daylight system in one compartment
